CETAP Class Refund Policy
Class cancellations made prior to three weeks
(21 days) before the scheduled class start date will receive a full refund within 60 days of the cancellation. Cancellations made within the three-week (21 day) period immediately preceding the scheduled
class start date, but more than one week (7 days) prior to the class start date, the registrant has a choice among
the following options:
Transfer the amount of tuition paid to another scheduled class. Rescheduled class must be within two years of the
cancellation date.
Receive a refund of the amount of tuition paid less the non-refundable deposit,
plus a 20% administrative charge if more than the non-refundable deposit has been paid.
Transfer
the amount of tuition paid to a Client Credit good toward private healing services and spiritual guidance (reading) services
only.
Cancellations
received within one week (7 days) prior to and / or after the class start date are forfeit. Any refunds will be made in the
same form in which they were received. All
cancellations need to be in writing, contain the registrant's name, address, phone, email, class dates and location, and be
hand-signed. Cancellations should be mailed via post. Please email for proper mailing address. Extenuating circumstances,
such as a death in the family, visit to the emergency room, etc. must be submitted in writing and be accompanied by proofs.
All refunds in extenuating circumstances must be approved by Sabrina/RBBT.
