May Usui Reiki Level 1 - Weekend Intensive (WEIN) This Usui Reiki Weekend Intensive teaches you the self-application procedures, how to administer Reiki to others in person, how to give a chair treatment and a team treatment, the 12 basic hand positions, hand positions beyond the basic 12, location and working knowledge of the seven most-prime chakras, hands on practice with classmates/instructor, ethics and responsibilities of being a Reiki Level One Practitioner, and more. August CETAP-1 (Comprehensive Energy-Therapy Apprentice Program Level 1) CETAP is an educational multi-level program in energy-based therapies that moves from beginning to advanced practitioner and is complementary to all other fields of health care. The program incorporates a variety of energy-based modalities taught in five cumulative levels. Level 1: Though much of the training is geared toward working on others, the chief focus for first-year students is on self-healing through a variety of methods, including basic energy-therapy practices, meditation, full-body and mind relaxation, chakra healing, basic EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) methods, color healing and color therapy, and basic cord / attachment release.
