Natural Fertility Through Energy Therapies About 10% of reproductive-age couples in the United States have difficulty getting pregnant. About 30% of cases are the result of problems in the man, 30% due to challenges in the woman, and the remainder are either unexplained causes or multiple factors involving both partners. Common causes of fertility challenges in men - A blockage in the ejaculatory duct that prevents sperm from getting into the ejaculate fluid. Varicocele - enlarged veins, akin to varicose veins, in the scrotum; raises temperature in the testes, which may in turn affect sperm production. Irregular sperm - little to no sperm, poor sperm motility (its ability to move), or abnormally shaped sperm that is unable to fertilize the woman's eggs without assistance. Sperm allergy - when the body develops antibodies that can kill the sperm; most commonly occurs after a vasectomy, testicular torsion (testicle twisted inside scrotum), infection, or trauma/injury.
Common causes of fertility challenges in women - Endometriosis - a condition that occurs when tissue found in the uterine lining grows outside the uterus. Ovulation barriers - any condition that prevents release of mature eggs from the ovaries. Poor egg quality - eggs that are damaged or have chromosomal abnormalities. Such eggs cannot sustain a pregnancy. Quality of eggs significantly declines with age. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) - a condition in which small follicles in the ovaries do not develop into larger, mature follicles. Blocked fallopian tubes - conditions that prevent sperm from reaching the egg, or prevent the fertilized egg from reaching the uterus. Often caused by PID, STDs, and previous sterilization surgeries. Sperm allergy - an immune reaction to sperm that causes the body to develop antibodies that kill sperm.
Common factors in both men and women - Unexplained fertility challenges - when the cause of the fertility challenges has no diagnoses. Possible causes include: toxic environments (i.e., factories, print shops, assembly plants), stress, chemicals (which nowadays are in everything from the air we breathe to the food we eat to the clothes we wear), and mental and emotional factors. Combination fertility challenges - when both the man and the woman have conditions that are creating the infertility / conception challenges.

Over the years, Sabrina has worked with roughly 20 couples challenged by fertility/conception issues, including those with history of miscarriage. Of these couples, 76% conceived and delivered heathy babies, when they either added energy therapy or used energy therapy as a less expensive stand-alone option. Eleven of the couples Sabrina worked with used energy therapy as a stand-alone option; and of these eleven couples, four had previously undergone extensive fertility treatments to no avail.
