My Practice

Practicing holistic healing for more than 15 years, I am committed to promoting personal health and wellness. My philosophy is rooted in the age old idea that balance in life equates to health, and healthy living requires balance.

As a trauma-informed, trauma-sensitive practitioner, I am dedicated to helping people address their wellness needs. Rather than just treating symptoms, my goal is to treat the body as a system and restore it to optimal balance. This thinking is what makes up the foundation of holistic healing.

I specialize in Chronic Pain Syndrome and Chronic Pain, Anxiety, Panic & Nervousness, and Emotional Trauma using my Core4 Holistic Healing Programs.

Education & Studies

I hold assessment-based certification in Usui Shiki Ryoho (the Usui System of Natural Healing, 2003), Emotional Freedom Technique / 'Tapping' (2005), crystology (2005), and Shamanic Healing and Visionary Arts: One-Year Intensive Training (2009). I have also earned a number of other certificates in similar studies.

I have gained, and continue to gain, considerable additional knowledge through extensive research, study, and clinical and practical experience. Due to information discovered in my continuing education in the field of vibrational and energy healing, I am also trained (2010) more traditional Japanese reiki which is significantly more congruent with the teachings of Mikao Usui, the founder of that system.

In addition to those mentioned above, my toolbox also includes:

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction
  • Flower Essence Remedy & Flower Essence Therapy
  • Color Healing / Therapy
  • Pranic Healing
  • Quantum-Touch
  • Spirit Releasement Therapy
  • Holistic Anatomy
  • A multitude of other vibrational and energy-based methods such as those associated with subtle body approaches
  • Strong intuition

I have over 30 years of experience, with 20 of those years (as of 2023) being within the public profession. I am available for private sessions, group sessions (where applicable), speaking engagements, and training.

An interesting story -

Acutely aware of subtleties, when I was interviewed on The Morning Show (WVIC-FM, Lansing, MI) I performed an on-air session with one of the shows co-hosts who had recently undergone surgery and was still recovering. During the session I 'tasted' metal in my mouth and made mention of this to the man. He had an appointment with his doctor that same afternoon. The next day, he reported on-air that his doctor found titanium in his blood.

"People often ask how my services get the results they do. I believe it's a combination of two things: (1) as a SBNR Christian, I put God at the head of all I do, and (2) because I am trauma-sensitive practitioner."
